Unfortunately, the screw connection broke because the spindle broke off the head due to a careless movement. The replacement part was delivered quickly. Now I can use my beloved key organiser again.

Whilst I love the Orbit for fob for it’s quality and the functionality it provides as well as the ability to get spares, I do feel the price of both the spare parts and the postage is excessive. I nearly opted for a new fob when I saw the price but realized that was just churlish and opted to change the colour of the replacement parts instead. New parts are also excellent quality but overpriced.
