It's designed mainly for use inside another bag, but the rear handle makes it easy to carry on its own for short distances.
How is this different from the Essentials Laptop Sleeve? +
It's a pared-back option focused on slim protection. It removes the front pocket and internal storage of the Essentials sleeve for a cleaner, more compact form at a lower price point.
Is it compatible with the Bag Strap? +
No. There are no anchor points, so it isn't strap compatible.
Is the material water-resistant? +
The coated exterior is easy to wipe clean, but it isn't designed to be fully water-resistant.
What laptops does it fit? +
The fit is optimised around Apple laptops, including the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro, for a slim, close profile, and it works just as well for any 13"–14" or 15"–16" laptop of similar dimensions. Check your laptop against the internal measurements above (335 × 235mm for the 13"–14", 370 × 260mm for the 15"–16") if you want to be certain of the fit.
