I got tired of using a backpack, and I'm the type of person who gets frustrated from carrying lots of stuff, wearing lots of bulky layers, etc. So having a tote bag where I could easily slip on and off to grab stuff has really made a world of difference. If it gets heavy I just switch shoulders or it's at least non-bulky enough where I can just hold it on my elbow like a purse. Regardless, it's made a world of difference for me and I'm so glad i purchased. The quality is excellent, the material seems like it'll be easy to clean and it's got a ridiculous amount of space for everything! Do I even need my backpack anymore.....

I purchased the 21 L tote for the intention of using it as my work tote. I carry a 15 inch Macbook, papers, a tech kit, small personal items and a 2 L water bottle. Everything fits and zips. Though it feels heavy when fully loaded, I wish I had an option to add on a the extra strap, which needs to be purchased separately. I think the tote listing should have the strap option be added on, even if for additional cost, so that it is right there. All I could see was bag insert and pouches, but not the strap. Now I need to make a separate order and wait.

It is definitely a good tote bag for work as it consists of a lot of compartment that I can put a lot of things. The laptop compartment is separate from other stuff.
