    Replacement

    The other day, the hinge of my less-than-a-year old Nest v2 got cracked, but upon request with a picture on the damage, they sent me a replacement ASAP! I was amazed by their kind and quick support, despite myself located in Japan. Thank you folks!! One improvement I might add from this experience is that its hinger part can be made by a metal instead of a plastic!
