I do love clever design, and I love this Essentials bag insert. It arrived as I was about to go Ikea shopping, so it was perfect to pop in my oversized shopping tote. The magnetic closure works well, and for this trip, I put in my wallet, phone, keys, muesli bar, sanitiser, glasses...all neatly stored, and very easily accessible, in my oversized tote. ...no more rummaging around and looking for things that seem to disappear in a big bag.
The insert is very well made, great quality, with internal and external slip pockets and pouches, plus it has a large zippered pocket.
It's not huge...about the size of an A4 sheet of paper, but the size works well.

I have been using this, in conjunction with the desk pouch, to hold all my knitting project tools and supplies. The insert is perfect for holding yarn and needles and paper patterns, and keeping things organized in pockets. It's also easy to keep the pouch shut and be working on a project and pulling yarn from the bag without snagging on a zipper, and the yarn stays clean and tidy inside. I use the desk pouch to hold the small tools (needles, measuring tape, etc) and that fits inside the insert too. Easy to tote around the house or have in my carry on for travel too!
